Ro was born from a search for meaning and calm, and that spirit lives in every loaf, every pastry, and every bite. We invite you to pause, take a breath, and enjoy a moment of true craftsmanship.

Sourdough Bread & Buns

Made with organic flour, water, sea salt, seeds, sourdough starter and time for a pillow soft crumb and crunchy crust.

Hand-Laminated Pastries

Layers of organic butter and flour, folded to create a delicate, golden-brown crunch in every bite.

Rolls 

Cinnamon, Cardamom, Vanilla, Orange & Dark Chocolate, Rhubarb, Lemon & Poppy Seeds or perhaps Apple & Caramel? Try one of our rolls, all made with our signature soft dough.

Knækbrød &
Granola

Our knækbrød is thin and crisp, packed with grains and seeds for a deep, nutty flavour, while the granola is gently baked with oats, nuts, and seeds for a golden, satisfying crunch.

Intention in Every Bite

All our products are made with sourdough - including our rolls and laminated pastries - 

this gives them a unique texture, depth of flavor, and natural character. The slow fermentation process helps break down gluten and sugars, making our baked goods gentler on digestion for many people (though not suitable for those with celiac disease). It’s baking that works with the body, not against it.
